What is a Mastermind?

A Mastermind is a group process focused on professional responsibilities and skills. It is a combination of brainstorming, education, peer support, problem solving and experience exchange.

The objective is that the group members support and challenge each other to accomplish each individual’s goals for success and improvement in their work. Each participant brings their own challenges to the table, and in light of the Mastermind topics, the challenges and their possible solutions are explored.

Who can attend a Mastermind?

Attending a Mastermind is not for everyone.

A Mastermind is different from attending a classic course or training program because it requires that you are conscious and open about the challenges you have in your role or your business. You must also be willing to receive advice and feedback from the other participants.

You must also be willing to share your experiences and feedback with the other participants when they seek advice and understanding regarding their own challenges.

What can you expect?

For four days we will alternate between looking at quality and risk management related theories, discussing the challenges each participant brings to the table, solving problems, establishing concrete plans and networking.

The main objective is that when you leave Alicante, you leave with new ideas and concrete plans to improve the way you perform your role, and that your organisation benefits more from your professional contribution.
