Announcement: We are now a stand-alone course provider

For Norwegian version, please refer to LinkedIn.

MQM AS and Kontrapro Risk Management are now releasing the news about our course platform finally being operational.

We will offer a range of courses, but start with the ones that are approved as professional updates for holders of the certificates Quality Manager (QM), Quality Auditor (QA), Quality Lead Auditor (QLA) and Risk Manager (RM), hence Vibeke Myrås will, from now on, not offer such courses through NFKR.

If you choose our courses, you can expect updated and relevant themes and a policy of executing courses even if the number of participants are low because it is in our interest that participants are able to proceed as planned and finalise the courses they need in time.

We will share our course material digitally through our course portal. And because reflexion and sharing of experiences is important for learning, all participants are expected to be active in the dialogue and quizzes performed during the courses. We limit the number of participants to eight per course to ensure this can be done in a tidy manner.

The 30. of May the first live online course will be held, however in Norwegian. The same course will be held in English the 18. of June. This will be a day for professional update on quality. The title is: Goals, objectives, strategy and leadership in quality management. The following topics will be covered:

Goals, objectives and KPIs

We discuss questions such as: How does goals and objectives connect to the value of quality management activities? How can we identify and establish functional goals? How can an organisation translate goals to relevant KPIs and quality indicators?

Lean as a strategy

We discuss: What is lean? Is the best strategy flow or resource optimisation? How can we view lean in light of management systems based on ISO standards?
